Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counting and reconciliation
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and ensure timely dispatch of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or potential stock issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiency and workflow
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures
- Support physical inventory audits and participate in cycle counting activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in inventory management
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate inventory management software and basic office applications
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties including lifting and moving items
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Valid forklift license would be an added advantage
