Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive operational audits across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Identify potential risks, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses in operational processes
- Analyze financial and operational data to detect irregularities or fraudulent activities
- Develop and implement effective control measures and process improvements
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear recommendations for management
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Provide training and guidance to staff on implementing new controls and best practices
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing or operational auditing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of auditing principles, risk assessment methodologies, and control frameworks
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in internal auditing (CIA) or related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
