Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in operational control or project coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
