Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive annual and incidental project plans based on master data analysis.
- Translate management decisions into actionable operational workflows.
- Coordinate effectively across departments to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
- Monitor and report on project status, identifying bottlenecks and proposing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate master project data and documentation for audit and review purposes.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project control, production planning, or operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear project roadmaps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
