Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule the daily movements of the company fleet to ensure maximum efficiency and timely deliveries.
- Monitor and manage vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring all repairs and inspections are completed with minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of vehicle logs, fuel usage, and driver trip reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing real-time support and resolving operational challenges as they arise.
- Ensure all fleet operations strictly adhere to local transport regulations and company safety protocols.
- Liaise with the workshop and external vendors to facilitate prompt vehicle servicing and parts procurement.
- Assist in the implementation of route optimization strategies to reduce operational costs and improve fuel economy.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level, NiTEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination, transport operations, or logistics management.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in the Tuas area and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to operational excellence and safety.
