Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Liaise with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery and resolve logistics issues.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts and optimize storage space.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems or inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certification in Supply Chain Management or similar is a plus.
- Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
