This is a unique opportunity to manage logistics, warehousing, and daily office administration from our bases in Papua New Guinea or Vanuatu.
In this key leadership position, you will be the overall in charge of the company's operations. You will ensure seamless workflow, maintain high inventory standards, and lead administrative teams to success. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Manage office administration, including document control, filing, and efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure optimal service levels.
- Supervise and mentor office staff to ensure high productivity and professional development.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Handle financial reporting and budget tracking for operational expenses.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and safe handling of goods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management or office administration.
- Strong track record in warehouse management, supply chain coordination, and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Ability to travel within the region if required and adapt to remote work environments.
