- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company objectives
- Oversee all manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions
- Certification in operations management or related field is a plus
