Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct daily steelmaking operations to maximize efficiency, safety, and output quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability, coordinating maintenance activities to prevent downtime.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies (Kaizen/Lean) to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and present performance metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven experience in steelmaking, metal production, or heavy industrial operations.
- Strong understanding of process engineering, equipment maintenance, and safety management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid engineering certification or relevant technical training is a plus.
