- Monitor and maintain operational systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Implement automation tools to streamline IT operations and reduce manual intervention

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Certification in ITIL, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and log management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills
