Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily production line operations to maximize efficiency and output.
- Implement and oversee automation protocols to support the integration of new EV component manufacturing lines.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational bottlenecks and develop actionable solutions to resolve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality management systems (ISO/IATF).
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and report performance metrics to management.
- Maintain equipment performance standards through predictive and preventive maintenance planning.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and optimize resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an operation or manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of EV technology or automotive component manufacturing is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and operational workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
