Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the planning and coordination of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation and distribution of products
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles is an advantage
