Tanggung Jawab
- Support the planning and coordination of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation and distribution of products
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance productivity and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles is an advantage
