Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of freight forwarding operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the company's database and ERP systems.
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Assist in cost negotiation with service providers to ensure budget compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
