Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end air import shipments, ensuring timely arrival and delivery.
- Process shipping documentation including Air Waybills, invoices, and customs declarations accurately.
- Liaise closely with overseas agents, airlines, and local haulage partners to ensure efficient cargo movement.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively update clients on progress or potential delays.
- Handle troubleshooting for shipment discrepancies or customs-related issues to minimize operational impact.
- Maintain and update internal logistics management systems with accurate shipment data.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflow processes and improve turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with international air freight regulations and company safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in air freight forwarding or import operations.
- Strong understanding of air import processes, incoterms, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Willingness to be based in the East region of Singapore.
