Tanggung Jawab
- Strategically plan and coordinate container haulage schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Liaise with drivers, customers, port authorities, and shipping lines to facilitate smooth cargo movements.
- Monitor daily transport operations and track container movements using logistics management systems.
- Ensure all haulage activities comply with local transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, customs documentation, and delivery records.
- Optimize routing and resource allocation to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in container haulage, freight forwarding, or transport operations.
- In-depth knowledge of port operations, customs documentation, and local transport regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and resolve problems proactively.
