Join GERMAN WATER and ENERGY GROUP (GWE) as an Operation Executive cum Store Head and spearhead our FMCG logistics excellence. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on warehouse management, ensuring seamless operations from inventory control to final-mile delivery. You'll lead cross-functional teams to optimize repacking workflows, maintain stringent accuracy standards, and drive continuous process improvements in our dynamic supply chain environment.
As the operational backbone of our Penang facility, you'll coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment while minimizing costs. The position demands proactive problem-solving to address bottlenecks, implement safety protocols, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction through efficient inventory management and streamlined warehouse operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of FMCG products
- Oversee repacking processes to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Optimize logistics operations ensuring timely delivery and order accuracy
- Manage inventory systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Lead and develop warehouse teams through training and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Analyze operational metrics and implement efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations management
- Proven expertise in FMCG inventory control systems
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office
- Knowledge of logistics optimization and lean methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with Malaysian logistics regulations and compliance
