Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure smooth daily operations of assigned hawker center
- Coordinate with food vendors and stall owners to maintain service quality
- Implement and monitor hygiene/safety standards in compliance with NEA regulations
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Oversee inventory management for common area supplies
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Train new vendors on operational protocols
- Prepare daily operational reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
