Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end airfreight operations for import/export shipments
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists)
- Monitor cargo tracking and provide real-time shipment status updates
- Resolve logistics discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Optimize cargo routing and documentation workflows
- Maintain client relationships through proactive communication
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years' experience in airfreight operations or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of IATA regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
