Are you passionate about keeping supply chains running smoothly? Pembinaan Eastern Aluminium is looking for an Operation Executive (Logistics Field) to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy across our manufacturing facilities.
You will work closely with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to streamline processes, maintain documentation, and monitor key performance indicators. Your ability to solve problems on the fly, communicate effectively, and manage tight deadlines will be key to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistics activities including shipment scheduling, dispatch, and tracking.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
- Process shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and compliance reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and third-party warehouses to resolve issues.
- Monitor KPI metrics and provide weekly status updates to management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with ERP or inventory management software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and Malay (written and spoken).
- Valid driving license and own transport (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
