In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring the seamless flow of premium durians from the orchard to the global market.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of durian handling, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards for processing, packing, and international export. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate sourcing activities with orchards and suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of premium durians.
- Oversee the day-to-end operations of the processing and packing facility to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of incoming fruit and outgoing shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to coordinate timely local and international deliveries.
- Prepare all necessary export documentation, including permits and health certificates, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Monitor quality control processes during packing to ensure products meet export-grade standards.
- Analyze operational workflows and suggest improvements to reduce lead times and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in operations, logistics, or the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for supplier relations.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak harvest seasons.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for inventory tracking.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
