As the Operation Finance and Project Cost Lead, you will spearhead budget planning, project cost control, and financial forecasting for our Indonesian operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor project lifecycles, and provide actionable insights that drive sustainable growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support operational goals and project profitability.
- Monitor and analyze project costs against budgets, providing monthly variance reporting and mitigation strategies.
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles for Indonesian operational units.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee internal controls and compliance procedures to ensure all financial operations meet corporate and local regulatory standards.
- Develop detailed cost models and performance dashboards for project lifecycles.
- Provide critical financial insights to senior leadership to support high-level strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CMA/ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operational finance, project accounting, or cost management, preferably within a manufacturing or aerospace context.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling in Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing project budgets in excess of multi-billion IDR scales.
