Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations and strategic planning for the facility to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and team cohesion.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and promoting professional development.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost occupancy and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance the brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hospitality management or general operations.
- Proven track record in leading teams, managing budgets, and achieving financial targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
