You will take charge of the entire lifecycle of an order from the moment it leaves the kitchen until it reaches the customer's doorstep. This requires a blend of strategic route planning, real-time problem solving, and effective people management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily order fulfillment processes to ensure 100% accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Strategically plan and optimize delivery routes to reduce turnaround time and improve fleet efficiency.
- Manage a fleet of delivery riders, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and daily communication.
- Monitor real-time delivery statuses and proactively resolve any logistics bottlenecks or delays.
- Liaise between the production kitchen and customer service teams to handle special requests or delivery issues.
- Maintain and update logistics databases and prepare daily operational reports for management review.
- Assist in the onboarding, training, and management of new delivery partners and third-party logistics providers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or fleet management.
- Excellent knowledge of Petaling Jaya and Klang Valley geography and road networks.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software, GPS tracking tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse group of riders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure during peak periods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
