We are currently seeking a dedicated Operation & Maintenance Engineer - LSS to join our operations team. We have 3 exciting positions available across Selangor and Kedah. This is a contract/temporary opportunity designed for experienced candidates with up to 1 year of relevant background.
As an Operation & Maintenance Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our production excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our equipment by performing routine maintenance and implementing Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies to optimize processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who values safety and efficiency in a high-paced industrial environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on LSS production machinery to ensure operational continuity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools, such as DMAIC and Kaizen, to identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, health, and environmental (SHE) standards during all maintenance activities.
- Monitor production performance metrics and analyze data to reduce downtime and waste.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute capital projects and equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing).
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in plant operations or maintenance engineering.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) principles and techniques is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
