Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and calibration of plant equipment and systems.
- Monitor and control plant operations to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and product quality standards.
- Respond promptly to alarms, troubleshoot operational faults, and execute emergency repairs.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
- Record and analyze operational data, logs, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process enhancements and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and environmental standards are maintained within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Relevant experience in water treatment or industrial plant operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, specifically NEWater or reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- WSQ Advanced Diploma in Water Treatment Operations is an added advantage.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass and willingness to work in a 24/7 shift roster.
