Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets
- Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining budgetary constraints
- Implement process improvements and optimize operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Certification in operations management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is advantageous
