Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across 10 outlets to ensure seamless service delivery and brand standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 130 staff members through performance management and training initiatives
- Design and implement operational workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Monitor KPIs including sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and labor utilization
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive brand growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlets
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective action plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in the hospitality sector
- Proven track record of managing multi-location operations (5+ outlets)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams (100+ staff)
- Expertise in process optimization, inventory control, and cost management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
