We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to join our team at Coherent in Ipoh, Perak. As a key leader in our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for ensuring production schedule adherence, driving improvements in HPU (Hours Per Unit) and cycle time, managing inventory effectively, and fostering employee development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
- Drive HPU (Hours Per Unit) improvement initiatives by analyzing data and implementing process changes.
- Lead cycle time reduction projects to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Develop and mentor production teams through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and engineering departments to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
- Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in electronics or industrial manufacturing.
- Proven track record of achieving production goals and implementing process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
