In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for operational planning, administration, and ensuring all operational activities align perfectly with the Company’s vision and mission.
As an Operation Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and maintain high standards of quality. You will act as the bridge between upper management and floor operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to reduce costs while increasing efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies and policies to meet business goals.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and maximizing efficiency.
- Manage the operational budget and allocate resources effectively across departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Lead, train, and mentor the operations team to foster a culture of excellence and development.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce waste.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and seamless integration of services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing or transport & logistics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in Malaysia.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
