Makmur Permata is seeking a dynamic Operation Manager to lead our hospitality and tourism operations. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM) to drive customer satisfaction and achieve aggressive sales growth targets. You'll oversee daily operational excellence, optimize service delivery, and implement strategic improvements that enhance guest experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities. This position requires a proactive leader who can navigate operational challenges, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain high standards of service in our dynamic tourism sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Manager to align operational strategies with sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through service quality monitoring
- Manage daily operational activities across all hospitality departments
- Develop and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor operational teams to achieve performance metrics
- Monitor budget compliance and cost optimization initiatives
- Comply with industry regulations and safety standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team development sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management within hospitality/tourism
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in operational planning and resource allocation
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with hospitality management software systems
