Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily operations across 4 F&B outlets ensuring consistent service standards and brand compliance
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue
- Manage and mentor outlet teams through performance coaching, training, and accountability systems
- Monitor inventory, cost controls, and supplier relationships to maintain profitability
- Drive customer experience initiatives and handle escalated service issues
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align operational goals with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of F&B operations management experience in multi-outlet environments
- Proven track record in team leadership, training, and performance management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and cost control
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian F&B regulations, safety standards, and compliance
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong communication and negotiation skills
