Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily market operations ensuring optimal efficiency and service standards
- Manage and develop staff through training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Implement and refine operational procedures for inventory, vendor relations, and customer service
- Monitor financial performance and budget adherence for operational departments
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between departments
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Represent the market in stakeholder meetings and community events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in tourism/hospitality
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in operational software and inventory management systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
