We are seeking a dynamic Operation Manager to drive operational excellence at D & D Food & Beverage Sdn. Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations across our manufacturing and logistics divisions, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal resource utilization. You'll lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, maintain quality standards, and achieve operational KPIs while ensuring strict compliance with food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and team leadership to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
As Operation Manager, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing operational strategies that align with our business objectives. You'll analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety consciousness across all departments. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations including production, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency
- Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain logistics
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with procurement and quality control teams

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management within food/beverage industry
- Proven track record in supply chain and logistics optimization
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operational analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
