Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Operation Manager to oversee warehouse, distribution, and operational teams in Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Oversee distribution logistics to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
- Implement and maintain operational standards for quality control and safety protocols
- Lead, train, and develop operational teams to achieve performance targets
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for seamless operational integration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/distribution management
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain principles, and inventory control systems
- Proficiency in ERP software and operational management tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Experience in FMCG or beverage industry preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
