Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including service flow, kitchen coordination, and staff scheduling
- Implement and enforce quality control standards, hygiene protocols, and operational procedures
- Manage inventory control, cost analysis, and budget adherence to optimize profitability
- Lead and develop staff through training, performance evaluations, and motivation strategies
- Resolve customer complaints and enhance service delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and materials
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across all operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in F&B operations management role
- Proven track record of staff leadership and team development in hospitality
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick operational decisions
- Knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office applications
- Exceptional communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
