Tanggung Jawab

  • Implement and enforce quality control standards, hygiene protocols, and operational procedures
  • Manage inventory control, cost analysis, and budget adherence to optimize profitability
  • Lead and develop staff through training, performance evaluations, and motivation strategies
  • Resolve customer complaints and enhance service delivery to ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and materials
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across all operations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in F&B operations management role
  • Proven track record of staff leadership and team development in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick operational decisions
  • Knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations and HACCP standards
  • Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office applications
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
