- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, and dispatch
- Manage logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to align operational capacity with demand
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout and equipment utilization for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and logistics software
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous
