In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily club activities, ensuring an exceptional experience for both players and guests. We pride ourselves on top-tier service, and we are looking for a manager who can uphold our standards while driving growth.
Your primary focus will be on overseeing the daily workflow across all facets of the club, including padel court management, food and beverage service, facility maintenance, and customer relationship management. You will act as the face of the club, managing a team of enthusiastic staff and ensuring that every visitor enjoys a premium sports and leisure experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the padel club, including court scheduling, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Supervise and train staff, including court attendants, service crew, and cleaners, to ensure high service standards.
- Manage the F&B operations within the club, including inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Coordinate with external vendors for facility repairs, equipment servicing, and supply procurement.
- Organize and manage club events, tournaments, and member activities to enhance community engagement.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, hospitality, or the sports industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with padel tennis is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
