Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations within the designated area to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product appeal and maximize floor space productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock-outs.
- Analyze sales performance reports and provide actionable insights to management to improve store profitability.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and brand presentation.
- Collaborate with store teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve monthly area revenue targets.
- Manage promotional displays and ensure that seasonal campaigns are implemented accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, or sales management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and retail KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate store staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by retail business needs.
