Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate daily freight movements to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
- Liaise effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records for all freight consignments.
- Optimize route planning to minimize lead times and reduce transportation costs.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the preparation of daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transport planning, or warehousing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and Logistics Management Software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Willingness to work in Senai, Johor, and adapt to shift schedules if required.
