Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement detailed production schedules based on accurate demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs and waste.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Production, and Sales, to ensure seamless operational alignment.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and proactively mitigate potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production status, capacity utilization, and financial projections to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, operations management, or logistics within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
