Raya Collective is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Operation & Reservation Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this key leadership role, you will oversee both daily reservation pipelines and front-line operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing business growth. You will act as a pivotal bridge between our guests, administrative staff, and management, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and service excellence.
As the Operation & Reservation Supervisor, your primary mission is to drive high-volume event registrations and academy enrolments, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will proactively identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities to enhance overall revenue. On the operational front, you will maintain meticulous oversight of daily financial reconciliations, enforce strict compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and lead efforts to resolve guest complaints with speed, empathy, and professionalism.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily booking and reservation processes for events, academy programs, and general accommodations to maximize occupancy and enrollment rates.
- Proactively identify and implement upselling strategies to increase overall average transaction value and revenue.
- Perform accurate daily financial reconciliations, ensuring all transactions, bookings, and records align perfectly with internal systems.
- Monitor team compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend continuous improvements to optimize service delivery.
- Address and resolve complex guest inquiries, issues, and complaints swiftly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate closely with internal marketing, finance, and operations teams to align registration campaigns and operational readiness.
- Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly reservation data, booking trends, and revenue metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in hospitality operations, reservation systems, or guest services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, upselling, and customer registrations (experience in academy or event enrollment is a major plus).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in daily financial reconciliation and handling transactional databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to resolve complaints calmly under pressure.
- Proficiency in using reservation software, CRM platforms, and MS Office (particularly Excel).
