Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- Experience in banking/financial services is advantageous
- Proficiency in banking procedures and card product knowledge
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Integrity and commitment to ethical banking practices
- Basic computer literacy and banking software familiarity
