Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily delivery operations to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor fleet vehicles and driver performance to maintain safety standards
- Optimize logistics routes and schedules for maximum efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety protocols across all transportation activities
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations coordination
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare performance reports and maintain operational documentation
- Train and supervise drivers and operational staff
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics or operations management
- Strong knowledge of fleet management and transportation regulations
- Proven leadership and team supervision abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
