Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily container operations to ensure timely and efficient handling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, promoting safety and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare operational reports and documentation for management review.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations supervision, ideally in container logistics or maritime industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of port operations, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and operations management software.
- Willingness to work on-site in Malabon City with flexible scheduling.
