Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise daily manufacturing and transport operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Coordinate workforce activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet production targets.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, including productivity metrics and performance reviews.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement teams, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Enforce strict safety standards and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Handle administrative functions, such as staff scheduling, leave management, and document control.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
