As we expand our footprint across Java, we are looking for a hands-on manager who can lead our outlet operations, inspire our baristas, and ensure every customer experiences the premium quality that defines our brand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate outlet staff to maintain peak performance and service excellence.
- Monitor daily operational workflows, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, supply orders, and waste reduction initiatives to optimize outlet profitability.
- Oversee daily cash handling, financial reporting, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Drive sales growth through effective customer service strategies and promotional execution.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement brand-wide improvements and local marketing efforts.
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and visual merchandising of the coffee shop meet brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the F&B or coffee industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer feedback professionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic retail management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
