Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple Calf Coffee outlets in assigned region
- Train, mentor, and motivate outlet staff to achieve performance targets
- Ensure consistent quality, service standards, and brand compliance
- Monitor inventory management, supply chain logistics, and cost control
- Implement and optimize operational procedures for efficiency
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and performance reviews
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory/operations roles
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proven track record in customer service excellence
- Knowledge of coffee industry trends and best practices
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
