We are currently seeking a motivated and safety-focused Operation Supervisor to join our team in Manado, Sulawesi Utara.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operational activities to ensure adherence to company safety protocols and environmental standards.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of field technicians and operational staff to drive high performance.
- Coordinate with site managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of service solutions and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare detailed reports on equipment performance and project progress.
- Ensure that all operational workflows comply with internal policies and industry regulatory requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics for spare parts and specialized equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining operations or heavy equipment maintenance supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing field-based teams.
- Deep understanding of mining industry safety standards and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work effectively in remote site environments and adapt to changing site requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with maintenance management systems or ERP software.
