Join Northern Star Energy Corporation as an Operation Supervisor (Lubricants) and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless distribution of our premium lubricant products across Nueva Ecija and Central Luzon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities between Sales, Finance, and Warehouse departments to optimize order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
This challenging position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while managing the end-to-end lubricant distribution process. You will oversee inventory management, ensure timely deliveries to clients, and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or operations within the energy or lubricants industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate day-to-day lubricant distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to align orders with delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient stock management
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to optimize distribution efficiency
- Supervise and train warehouse and distribution staff to ensure high performance standards
- Address and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions to the supply chain
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, inventory levels, and delivery metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all operational activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in operations management, preferably in the lubricants or energy industry
- Strong knowledge of distribution, warehousing, and supply chain management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed for operational requirements
