Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations for SPV panel manufacturing, ensuring targets are met with optimal efficiency
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet technical specifications and industry standards
- Manage and mentor production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly serviced and operational
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Prepare production reports and communicate progress to senior management
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in electrical panel production
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate staff
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
